About me
My name is Frank, a 25 year old SEO specialist specializing in technical SEO and automations.
For a number of years now, I have grown fond of everything that happens around websites.
After a fairly broad education in marketing and sales it soon became clear to me that the organic part of search engines attracted the most interest.
Now years later, I specialize in technical optimization of websites and use Python and LLMs to automate SEO work.
I also have the honor of sharing my knowledge as a speaker.
Broadly started, technically specialized
My career as an online marketer began quite broadly.
After running ads, writing copy and being involved in email marketing, it became clear to me pretty quickly that SEO attracted my real passion.
After building some websites in my spare time, I dared to start working for myself as a website building and SEO specialist in 2019.
I founded my own agency Dificem and started working for companies to improve their online findability and presence.
After about two years, I wanted to go deeper into SEO and started working as an SEO specialist at Maatwerk Online.
Here I quickly specialized in the technical side of the business.
Within Maatwerk Online I have become the point of contact when it comes to technical SEO issues and take on a large part of the work to be carried out.
Automations, Python and AI
When ChatGPT was introduced, the hairs on my arms stood up.
Working with an LLM was within reach for the first time, so it definitely caught my interest.
In addition, I also started working with the Python programming language, something that can greatly enhance each other.
In fact, Python taught me that you can automate a lot of the things you do online.
My interest in this has allowed me to automate a large part of my work and I even got to share my knowledge as a speaker at BrightonSEO in 2024.
Adventurer and digital nomad
Besides computers, my passion lies mainly in traveling and sports.
I prefer to run the Rotterdam marathon every year and as a digital nomad I can often be found all over the world to work from there.
Several times I have spent months on the road in Asia and used several other countries as home base to work from.
